Member
Before the transaction, the member must recharge the account, in GBP, with an unlimited amount according to their needs.
The top-up can be done via WeChat or directly by remitting to the account in Hong Kong.
Under normal circumstances, it takes around 10-20 working days from the transaction day to receive the purchased transaction.
WINE-EX
The transaction selected by the member will be transmitted in real-time to the LIV-EX trading platform and carried out synchronously.
After the delivery and inspection are completed, a plane will be arranged to deliver the transaction to the member's designated location in Hong Kong.
The plane departs once a week; fees:
Small box (1-6 bottles) ~ 42GBP
Large box (7-12 bottles) ~ 42GBP
Small box (1-6 bottles) ~ 42GBP
Large box (7-12 bottles) ~ 42GBP
LIV-EX
After the transaction, LIV-EX will be responsible for relevant delivery and inspection by VINE's professional team.
Each transaction inspected by VINE will be labeled as evidence.
Note：
* If the transaction selected by the member wants to be stored in London after delivery and inspection, they can enjoy 60 days of free storage in VINE's professional warehouse. The storage fee for more than 60 days is 1 GBP per month per box (1-12 bottles).
* Members can also store wine in Hong Kong's most professional wine cellar, Crown Wine Cellars (www.crownwinecellars.com), at their own expense. If they need our assistance in opening an account, we will charge 50 GBP as an administrative fee.
* If members need to ship the wine back to China, they need to handle it themselves.
* If the transaction selected by the member wants to be stored in London after delivery and inspection, they can enjoy 60 days of free storage in VINE's professional warehouse. The storage fee for more than 60 days is 1 GBP per month per box (1-12 bottles).
* Members can also store wine in Hong Kong's most professional wine cellar, Crown Wine Cellars (www.crownwinecellars.com), at their own expense. If they need our assistance in opening an account, we will charge 50 GBP as an administrative fee.
* If members need to ship the wine back to China, they need to handle it themselves.
